Another Windows 10 Redstone 5 Bug Bash is right now underway, but that hasn't stopped Microsoft rolling out Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 17728 (RS5) to Insiders inside Fast ring.
This new build introduces several changes, improvements and fixes, and Microsoft also used this new flight to detail the forthcoming Your Phone app that will soon allow iOS and Android users to sync content utilizing their phones for the Windows 10 PC.
Making the app announcement, Microsoft says:
Coming soon, we're bringing the main set of features to one's Phone app for Windows Insiders haveing a Android device. Snap a pic in your Android, think of it on your PC. You may finally stop emailing yourself photos. For your Phone app, your Android's newest photos sync for ones PC automatically. Really should try to add a photo towards your presentation? iPhone users aren't missed out either. For any, Microsoft says:

Returning to the new build, there are a lot of improvements for Narrator, including:
Reliability: Made improvements in Narrator reliability.
Scan Mode: Reading and navigating within Scan Mode continues to be improved. Selecting text in Scan Mode has been specifically improved. Selecting forward in Edge has some known issues that are being actively investigated.

Microsoft is progressing within work on adding dark theme in File Explorer and therefore the Common File Dialog - you'll notice improvements within this build, however, there are still get a few things left to enjoy.
